Residential | Dinsdale
David and his spouse Wendy have been Waikato natives for more than thirty years and between them have accrued a combined 30 years experience in residential, lifestyle and coastal real estate.
The trust and commitment characterising their marriage translates into their working partnership so you can be assured of getting twice the service, twice the commitment, twice the passion and twice the accessibility. With four grown kids (and seven grandkids) they are free to focus their time and energy into moving your property.
Prior to joining Lugtons in Hamilton David sold real estate in Raglan for 14 years. His commitment to serving that community was demonstrated by 23 years of solid service as a volunteer fire fighter, serving on the local school Board of Trustees and being a mediator at the local community centre.
David forged a reputation for honesty and dedication to his customers that translates into effective campaigns realising optimal prices after minimal days on market. For his clients this means less stress and more money for the greatest asset of their lives – their home. Most of David’s client base comprises repeat business or referrals from satisfied customers, some dating back many years and he is eagerly looking forward to creating similar bonds and bridges with his Hamilton based clientele.
When not selling property David can be found playing golf, fishing, chasing after his grand kids or growing old disgracefully on his much loved and slightly abused Honda 750.
Whether you’re buying, selling or just checking out the market, feel free to give David a call on 021 283 0511 for a no obligation discussion.
He’d love to hear from you.
David was always available and went the extra mile. He was very prompt and good with any feedback. As my property was tenanted, David took the utmost care not to compromise my tenants home and the tenant commented how David was respectful and worked around his requirements.
"Our consultant was brilliant! His communication was excellent. Always interested in how we were, and treated us like friends. Thank you David".
