Tony joined Lugton’s in June 1988 and helped pioneer the company’s first branch at Five Cross Roads in 1989.
During his time with the company Tony has invested heavily in the right marketing technology, training and systems that clearly give his clients an advantage in today’s marketplace. This has enabled him to give more value to his clients and to achieve outstanding personal and client results.
In 2002 Tony was awarded a Sales Management Contract with Forest Lake Gardens, where he kick started a new 45 million dollar retirement village development at Te Rapa, completing sales of the initial 60 villas whereby putting the Village on the map for many more people to follow.
Tony has been a regular recipient of Lugton’s Annual Awards for Excellence in Real Estate Sales and Marketing.
